A Computer
With Windows

Works with Windows XP, Vista or 2000 on any computer newer then five years old. This includes all single, dual, quad and other Windows-based computers.

Note: Macintosh*, Unix and Linux computers are not supported.

Fast Internet

Any kind of Broadband Connection

Sufficient

Windows XP/2000:   at least 256 MB

Note: These video cards/chipsets can be replaced for as little as $20 on desktops. We suggest nvidia geforce 4200 or higher. (Laptop video cards cannot be replaced.)

How To Figure Out What Video Card or Chipset You Have

  1. Right-click My Computer or Computer in the Start menu and choose Properties
     
  2. Click Hardware tab on top (Vista users skip this step)
     
  3. Click "Device Manager"
     
  4. Click the "+" symbol next to "Display Adaptors" to see your video card model.
    Check list above to see if it's supported.

*Note: Refunds for Mac, Unix and Linux computers will incur a $5 processing fee.
